Research and development activities at DRDC Atlantic are supported by unique facilities. DRDC Atlantic understands the defence environment. Working with the Canadian Forces, our NATO partners and industry, we have helped shape the technology used in defence and security worldwide.

With our partners and clients, our unique "field-tested" expertise helps define and develop world-class defence and dual-use products. We apply advanced defence R&D to achieve positive military and civilian outcomes in key defence technology areas that are managed by DRDC Atlantic’s Scientific Sections.
